Refund policy
Return/Exchange:
1. Our return/exchange policy is applicaple in the territory of Qatar only.
2. Return/exchange will be processed only if the request submitted within 2 days (via email/watsapp) from the day you received your order.
3. Each product is thoroughly inspected, checked before packing and shipping. Due to human error there can be any mistake/damage happen.
4. Products can be returned/exchanged only if you've received them in a physically damaged condition/has missing parts or accessories/ defective or different from their description on the product.
5. Product is eligible for return/exchange only if it is unused condition and it has to be in its original packaging.
6. You can exchange the product if you ordered the wrong size(eg. bangles/ready to wear items), in that case you will be responsible for the shipping cost to exchange your product.
7. Exchanges are subjected to the availability of the product (size,colour,etc.)
8. Nosepins can't be returned due to hygenic reasons.
9. Products sold as combos/sets cannot be returned/exchanged individually.
10. All return/exchanges are subject to verification in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint.
Refund:
1. All refunds shall be made in QAR only, we may request for information/credentials before initiating the refund.
2. Shipping costs are non-refundable, it will be deducted from the refund amount.
3. Refund process will be initiated only after we received the returned product in the same condition as you've received it.
4. Refund will be approved only if the returned product is unused and has to be in its original packaging [with MRP tag intact, warranty card and all the accessories therein]
5. We reserve the right to impose any charges if these conditions are not followed.
Unfortunately, we won't be able to offer return/exchange/refunds for special sale items.
